About the role

This is a short term project opportunity ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of fandom culture, e-commerce operations, and customer experience. Candidates with experience in platform operations, customer service, and collaboration tools are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage product sales operations including product registration, display management, and exposure updates
• Maintain in-service announcements and sales event
• Support onboarding processes and onboarding guides for new labels
• Aid with back-office tasks related to contracts and settlements
• Monitor sales events and analyze customer responses and feedback
• Communicate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure smooth operations
• Support operational improvement initiatives to enhance customer purchasing experience

Requirements

• No restrictions on major or prior work experience
• Strong understanding of global fandom culture and fandom platform users
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• The ability to proactively support operations and create value within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• The ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Experience with customer services
• Experience using e-commerce admin or back-office systems
