About the role

We are seeking dependable and enthusiastic Event Staff to support company events and community activities. This role focuses on assisting with event preparation, guest support, and on-site coordination to help deliver a positive experience for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Welcome and assist guests throughout events
• Support registration and attendee check-in
• Provide information and directions to visitors
• Maintain organized event areas
• Clock in and out during event activities
• Help ensure smooth event operations
• Perform additional event support duties as assigned
