What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of events, sponsorships, conferences, customer programs, and virtual events.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, task trackers, and event schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Capture registrations, manage vendor communications, oversee booth setup, handle shipping, inventory management, travel coordination, and ensure onsite readiness.
  • Create and coordinate event marketing assets, including invitations, landing pages, presentations, signage, promotional items, social media content, and recap materials.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, creative teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain brand standards across all event materials and attendee touchpoints.
  • Support onsite event execution, including staffing coordination, attendee experience, issue resolution, and real-time event support.
  • Track registrations, attendance, lead capture, and event performance metrics.
  • Coordinate post-event activities, including lead processing, follow-up communications, nurture campaign support, website updates, and event recap materials.
  • Maintain event documentation, budgets, reporting, and post-event debriefs while identifying opportunities to improve event processes and execution.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, partner events, or other customer-facing marketing programs.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, creative teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Able to remain flexible and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting event logistics, attendee communications, registration management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
