Event Specialist
About the role
Manage, research, plan logistics and successfully execute a broad range of internal events from small meetings to large corporate all-hands, and company-wide social events.
Collaborate with internal and external clients using the event center to help define, structure and optimize utilization of resources before, during and after the event, following the company’s standards of image, quality and service.
Create, streamline, and implement internal processes for internal support resources, e.g. Catering, Security, Facilities & Janitorial.
Cook up to 10% travel per year to support customer visits and executive meetings, ensuring established protocols are followed.
Support day-to-day requests from the assistant community and general employee population.
Afford daily support to facilities.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external clients to define, structure, and optimize event resources.
- Create, streamline, and implement internal processes for support resources including Catering, Security, Facilities & Janitorial.
- Support customer visits and executive meetings by ensuring established protocols are followed.
- Support day-to-day requests from the assistant community and general employee population.
- Provide daily support to facilities.

Qualifications
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $99,360 to $136,620. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
