Event Setup Attendant (Full-time) - Hourly Rate + Service Charge

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Banquet team as a Set Up Attendant at Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, just outside of Charleston, SC. Responsibilities

• Execute the set up and tear down of all banquet events, including tables, chairs, and all miscellaneous equipment related to group events.
• Move air wall, linen, china, glassware, etc.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of banquet storage areas.
• Perform inventory and regular maintenance of banquet equipment, supplies, and facilities.
• Uphold the Hyatt Values of Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity & Fun.
• Previous experience is not required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat).
• Ability to walk, climb into and out of, and operate a vehicle frequently, with occasional stair climbing.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 25 lbs., frequently up to 50 lbs., and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
