Event Services Attendant (Banquets) - FT/Seasonal

What You'll Do

• Ensure all tables are appropriately set up prior to the event and properly maintained throughout the event.
• Clear plates and glassware from tables and clean and reset tables as needed during the event.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and serving areas throughout the event.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and successful event.
• Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely manner.
• Read, understand and implement the listed specifications on the Banquet Event Order.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet server experience is strongly preferred.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and lift and carry a moderate amount of weight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

About the Role

This seasonal position will end November 2026. Event Services Attendant (Banquet Servers) may assist with the set-up, food service, and equipment functions. This position may also provide back-up assistance as assigned by the Banquet Captain. Also responsible for ensuring the smooth running of events, such as weddings, conferences, and corporate events, by providing excellent service to guests.
