Event Security Officer - Part Time

Pay

$17.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations, including stairs, inclines, and uneven terrain.
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and customers.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet and maintain any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking; ability to lift/move up to 10 lb frequently and up to 25 lb occasionally.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience preferred but not required.
• Retail, food service, or hospitality background is a strong fit; training will be provided for those without prior experience.
