Event Security – Game Day Operations

About the role

Join our stadium event operations team in Pittsburgh, PA at Acrisure Stadium! Part-time & flexible scheduling with overnight shifts from 11 pm to 7 am.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and allow appropriate entry into each venue
• Direct foot traffic and ensure the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution
• Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures, and regulations of different venues, facilities, and events
• Provide guests with a genuine, friendly greeting upon arrival and a sincere thank you upon departure
• Offer helpful directions and suggestions to enhance guests’ entertainment experience
• Interact with guests using a smile, natural speaking voice, and friendly tone

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Driver’s Record check
• Must be professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required

Pay

$19.00 per hour
