An Event Sales Manager serving Live! Casino & Hotel is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. The Event Sales Manager will develop a Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sales of Food and Beverage Private Events in bar and restaurant venues within Live! Casino & Hotel complex.
As Event Sales Manager, you will work with the Sales and F&B Departments to maximize revenue opportunities through the sales of Private Events in our outlets on the Casino Floor. You will interact with internal team members, clients, owners and suppliers to promote Private Events in Live! Bar and Restaurants. Communicate with target customers and manage guests’ relationships. Build and execute the selling strategy of the Live! Private Dining Program to meet revenue expectations. Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure Live! stays competitive in the local market. Build and maintain database for private events in Live! Outlets. Book, plan and manage private events and corporate functions of 20 people or more. Work with the General Managers and Director of Marketing on strategies and initiatives that drive sales. Send follow ups and confirmation emails to guests. Submit weekly sales sheets reports.

- Excellent prospecting capabilities.
- You have excellent written and oral communication and are known for translating data into clear, easy-to-understand information useful for stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently, as well as strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc.
- May require a valid Driver’s License and drive to workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc.
- May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Experience in restaurant or food/beverage outlets required.
- Additional experience in hospitality or complex food/beverage outlets preferred.
- Able to work nights and weekends and business demands.
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
- Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
