Position Overview
We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated Event Promoters to represent our company at home shows, retail events, fairs, festivals, and community events throughout the Raleigh area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy talking with people, generating leads, and earning extra income through commissions and bonuses. No sales experience is required. Customer service, retail, marketing, or event experience is a plus.

Essential Duties
- Represent EZPro at local events, home shows, and retail locations
- Attract visitors and engage with event attendees
- Promote our bath remodeling products and services
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our products
- Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
- Generate quality leads for our sales team
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Keep event displays clean, organized, and welcoming
- Submit lead information accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality
- Customer service, retail, marketing, or event experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Weekend availability required
- Goal-oriented with a desire to earn commissions and bonuses
Compensation
$20 - $25 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through our commission and incentive programs.
