Responsibilities
- Owning work streams in and around the conference
- Extremal speaker outreach
- Expo part of showcase
Requirements
- Event software such as Bizzabo
- Program management experience building run of shows (Asana)
- Large-scale events (Not small events, Large =3000)
- GREAT under pressure - 7-9 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 7+ years of event management/production experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
- Events program management or experiential marketing experience
Qualifications
- Pay Rate Range: $60-$70, depending on experience
- 7+ months Contract position with potential for extension
