About the role
The Event Production Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of various events. This includes managing logistics, ensuring timelines are met, and assisting in the setup and teardown of event spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics including venue setup and tear down
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials
- Support the team in maintaining event schedules and timelines
- Handle day-of event coordination and problem-solving
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event planning or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Qualifications
