Event Photographer - Grand Opening Event

This is a one-day photography assignment in Carrollton, TX on Monday, September 14th for a grand opening event. The shoot is estimated to last 8 hours. You must use your own equipment and deliver raw files; no editing is required. An onsite client contact will provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Capture a variety of horizontal and vertical images suitable for marketing materials
• Shoot a combination of wide, medium, and close-up shots
• Prioritize natural, candid interactions
• Reference photos and leadership images will be provided before the event

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience as a Photographer or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event photography for marketing use
• Experience with camera systems (DSLR/mirrorless) and lighting setups
• Solid sense of composition, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics for both stills and motion
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
• Must be physically located in and perform the work in the United States
