The Classic Center is seeking an Event Parking Supervisor for their part-time, event-based role.
About the Role
As an Event Parking Supervisor, you will supervise and support parking operations, coordinate staff assignments, monitor traffic flow, maintain cleanliness, and assist with facility maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support parking attendants to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Cookout parking operations and staff assignments during events.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of parking facilities, elevators, and common areas.
- Ensure parking equipment, signage, and traffic control devices are functioning properly.
- Address guest concerns and promote a positive customer experience.
- Review incident reports and maintain operational documentation.
- Aid with facility maintenance, preventive inspections, and special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in parking operations, facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and parking-related technology systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.
