Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with courtesy, enthusiasm, and stellar customer service.
• Collect parking fees efficiently and provide accurate change.
• Understand and manage different types of parkers, including season ticket holders, VIPs, regular visitors, and staff.
• Get to know the layout of each venue to provide clear directions and answer guest questions.
• Complete daily activity and financial reports accurately.
