Event Marketing Representative – Entry Level
About the role
Do you enjoy meeting new people, attending events, and being part of an energetic team? GEM is seeking Entry-Level Event Marketing Representatives to help bring our clients' campaigns to life through in-person events, community outreach, and brand experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in marketing, communications, events, customer service, sales, public relations, or business development. You'll receive hands-on training while working alongside experienced team members at promotional events and community activations.
Responsibilities
- Representing brands and organizations at local events
- Greeting and engaging with event attendees
- Educating customers about campaigns and initiatives
- Creating positive, memorable interactions
- Supporting promotional activities and event logistics
- Assisting with on-site campaign execution
- Communicating with customers and team members professionally
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
- Participating in coaching, training, and mentorship sessions

Experience is helpful, but not required. GEM provides training designed to help entry-level team members learn the fundamentals of professional communication, event marketing, customer engagement, and leadership.
