Event Marketing Assistant

About The Role

We're looking for an outgoing and motivated Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working in an energetic environment, and being part of live events. As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll help bring campaigns to life by engaging directly with customers, introducing products and services, answering questions, and creating a positive experience around the brands we represent. No extensive marketing experience is required. We're looking for strong communicators with positive attitudes who are excited to learn.

What You'll Do

• Represent brands at live events, promotional activations, and community events
• Engage with customers and event attendees in a friendly, professional way
• Introduce products, services, and current campaigns
• Communicate key brand messaging clearly and confidently
• Answer questions and help customers find the information they need
• Assist with product demonstrations and promotional presentations
• Encourage customer participation, sign-ups, and engagement
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Work alongside the marketing team to support campaign goals and track results
