Event Marketer

About the Role

Join Erie Home, a leader in residential roofing solutions for decades, offering best-in-class, high-demand products. As an Event Marketer, you will attend pre-scheduled events—trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events—to generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will interact with potential customers, provide product demonstrations, and exceed lead targets set by the Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Generate and capture leads at assigned events for our award-winning roofing systems.
• Interact with potential customers using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate attendees about our exclusive, industry-leading solutions.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of progress and results.
• Set up and tear down event materials (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
• Utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour + Commission. Paid weekly every Friday.
