Event Marketer

About the role

Leaf Home is North America’s leading technology-enabled provider of home solutions. Our award‑winning products include LeafFilter Gutter Protection, Leaf Home Stair Lift, Leaf Home Water Solutions, and Leaf Home Bath. We are seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join the best event marketing team in North America as a part‑time Event Marketer at trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events throughout the area. The Event Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision while keeping the manager informed.
• Generate and data‑capture show leads for our award‑winning products.
• Event set up and tear down (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).
• Exceed issued lead targets and goals administered by the Event Marketing Manager.
• Utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company.
• Use a smartphone to access the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctual.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods of time at events.
• Must have a smartphone to use the Company timekeeping application and submit leads.

Pay

Starting pay: $18 per hour + Commission. Paid Weekly - Every Friday! Compensation increases based on event performance.
