Responsibilities

• Attend pre‑scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interactions with potential customers.
• Work trade shows, events, fairs, festivals, and community events to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
• Exceed issued lead targets and goals set by the Event Marketing Manager.
• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high‑energy, positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed.
• Capture and record show leads for award‑winning products.
• Perform event set‑up and tear‑down (ability to lift up to 50 pounds).

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product line.
• High level of energy, engagement, and ability to stand for extended periods at events.
• Ability to utilize the company’s proven system to generate qualified leads.
• Must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads.

• Starting pay: $18 per hour + commission.
