Event Marketer

About the Role

Champion Window is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Field Marketer to act as a brand ambassador for our product lines. You will showcase Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to potential clients at home shows, festivals, events, and other assigned locations while scheduling appointments and engaging directly with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs
• Door‑to‑door residential appointment setting
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace
• Stay up‑to‑date with current product knowledge and promotions
• Demonstrate reliable availability and consistency
• Display professional time management
• Schedule in‑home estimate appointments for the sales team
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work weekends
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and walk for 4–8 hours
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• Self‑motivated with a competitive spirit
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Pay

Hourly base pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission. High‑performing individuals can earn weekly commissions between $750 and $1,500 or more, with total compensation influenced by experience, market location, education, and certifications.

Schedule
