Event Manager

About the role

The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the way in event coordination. This position is a safety-sensitive position due to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities

- Cultivate genuine relationships with clients, associates, and vendors, ensuring a professional presence at all times. - Design and execute events that dazzle, meeting client needs while maintaining profitability. - Maximize revenues, optimize on-site inventory, and safeguard the Resort's assets. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution. - Continuous follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma required, college degree preferred. - Minimum of one year in hospitality sales and/or Event Management. - Proficiency in hotel food and beverage, Salesforce/Amadeus, and basic AV equipment. - Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain a four-diamond resort appearance.
