Event Crew Lead and Driver

About the role

Alvies is looking for an Event Crew Leader and Driver who thrives on being around people. This role is responsible for creating exceptional in-person experiences at events by assisting guests and supporting the team. You will drive, move products, manage inventory, and ensure safety while helping to create an amazing experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Ford Transit F250 Cargo van to and from events
• Support the event hostess in preparation, setup, and break-down to ensure guests have the best experience
• Manage inventory needed for each event, ensuring all items are loaded and ready
• Unload and restock inventory, checking items back in after events
• Inspect assigned vehicle daily

Requirements

• At least 25 years old (required)
• Impeccable driving record and ability to pass a standard background check
• Strong initiative—ability to work without constant supervision
• Fun, outgoing personality with a good sense of humor and thick skin
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• “Get it done” attitude with a love for hard work
• Willingness to go above and beyond to help customers and employees, even outside your core responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• High standards for personal hygiene and grooming
• High integrity and an on-time, all-the-time attitude

Schedule

This position starts at 20-25 hours per week and could transition into full-time.

Pay
