Who We're Looking For
- FLEXIBILITY – Most BallerTV events take place on weekends, with occasional Thursday or Friday setup days.

- NEW TECHNOLOGY – Gain hands-on experience using BallerTV’s industry-leading live streaming equipment and software.
- SUPPORT – We provide training, Best Practices, and ongoing support to help you succeed at every event.
What You’ll Do
- TRACK – Receive, organize, and transport event equipment, including cameras and other production gear.
- SET UP – Build and configure BallerTV’s live-streaming systems at assigned courts or fields while working safely and efficiently.
- MONITOR – Keep each livestream running smoothly by monitoring video quality, troubleshooting equipment, and communicating with the BallerTV Operations team throughout the day.
- ENJOY – Get paid to watch live youth sports while helping athletes and families capture unforgettable moments.
Schedule & Pay
- This is a part-time, independent contractor position.
- Primary event: Saturday, August 15, 2026
- Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM and run as late as 11:00 PM.
- You may be asked to travel up to 40 miles one way.
- Pay: $16/hour
- Please note: Event days can exceed 12 hours. Weekend tournaments often involve long days on your feet and require lifting and moving production equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must successfully complete a pre-event background check.
- Must be comfortable using iPhones and other iOS devices.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must maintain a professional, positive attitude.
- Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift and move production equipment throughout the day.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with live event production, sports broadcasting, photography/videography, or customer service.
- Interest in youth sports, including basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, baseball, lacrosse, wrestling, or similar sports.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to transport event equipment.
