From elegant weddings to high-energy corporate events, you’ll serve drinks, connect with guests, and help bring events to life across the Twin Cities metro. No two events are the same, and every shift brings a new environment, team, and experience. About Us Hightop Hospitality staffs four catering brands: The Deco Catering, Kafe 421, Sterling Catering, and Green Mill Catering. We work in a wide variety of venues across the Twin Cities metro, so no two events are the same! SEASONAL SCHEDULE We operate a wide range of events throughout the year, with peak activity occurring from May through mid-October. The Weekend Sprint: Consistency on Fridays and Saturdays is a must for our peak wedding season. The Mid-Week Foundation: We are specifically looking for candidates with availability during the Monday–Thursday window to support our corporate and boutique social events.
