We need to decide sections.
We have "Primary Function" maybe as About the role. Could be "About the role". We'll include that.
Responsibilities: we have Job Responsibilities paragraph with bullet-like items. We'll put - for each responsibility.
Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Job Qualifications" and also "Physical Requirements", "Vision Requirements", "Communication Requirements", "Clearances". Could be combined into Requirements section. Also "Qualifications" maybe same. We'll include a Requirements section with bullet list of qualifications: high school diploma, customer service oriented, preferably hospitality experience, excellent verbal/written/interpersonal skills, sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to organize details with minimal supervision, ability to work collaboratively with various departments, ability to prioritize multiple tasks in fast-paced changing environment, ability to manage workload for multiple clients simultaneously, clearance: criminal background national, physical: lift up to 30 lbs, standing/circulating extensively, vision: extended time on computer, communication: clearly communicate in person, phone, video conference, conversational/written English, working conditions: foundation buildings and grounds at Philadelphia campus.
Skills: maybe we can extract from competencies: Accountability, Job Quality, Service, Leadership, Collaboration. Those are more like competencies/skills. Could be a Skills section.
Benefits, Pay, Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include those sections.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We must ensure no extra sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Check for any repeated content: The "Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of event coordination and/or customer service. They are resourceful, have excellent communication skills, organized, a good problem solver and are comfortable advocating for the facility above all else." This could be part of Responsibilities or maybe Skills. We could incorporate into Skills or Responsibilities. Since we already have Skills covering competencies, we could add a bullet under Skills: "Resourceful, excellent communication skills, organized, good problem solver, comfortable advocating for the facility." But we already have many skill bullets; maybe we can add a bullet under Skills: "Resourceful, excellent communication skills, organized, good problem solver, comfortable advocating for the facility." However we already have communication skills etc. Might be redundant but okay.
Alternatively we could put that in Responsibilities as a bullet: "The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of event coordination and/or customer service; resourceful, excellent communication skills, organized, good problem solver, comfortable advocating for the facility." But we already have responsibilities list; we could add that as a bullet.
Let's add a bullet under Responsibilities: "The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of event coordination and/or customer service; they are resourceful, have excellent communication skills, organized, a good problem solver and are comfortable advocating for the facility above all else."
But note that bullet already includes "Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays." We'll keep that.
Now ensure we didn't miss any content: "Primary Function: On-site event coordination and management." We used that in About the role.
"Job Qualifications" we turned into Requirements.
"Physical Activities to Perform Essential Functions" etc we included.
"Job Responsibilities" we turned into Responsibilities.
"Organization-Wide Competencies" we turned into Skills.
We removed boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." we kept that? Actually we included "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions." That's part of Physical Activities to Perform Essential Functions. Should we keep? It's substantive? It's a statement about accommodations; it's not boilerplate? It's a standard EEO statement but maybe considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That line is about reasonable accommodations, which is EEO-related. Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily." That's generic. Might be boilerplate. We'll remove those generic sentences.
Thus in Requirements we should keep only the specific physical/vision/communication/working conditions and clearances. We'll drop the generic sentences.
Let's rewrite Requirements bullet list:
- High school diploma, equivalency or higher education.
- Client/customer service oriented; preferably experience in hospitality or special events venue.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Sharp attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to organize details with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to manage the workload for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Clearance: Criminal Background – National.
- Physical: Lifting up to 30 lbs.; standing and circulating extensively during client events.
- Vision: Extended time on the computer.
- Communication: Clearly communicate in person, by phone, and by video conference; conversational and written English.
- Working conditions: Position operates in the foundation’s buildings and on the foundation’s grounds at Philadelphia campus.
That seems good.
Now Responsibilities bullet list: include the items from Job Responsibilities plus the ideal candidate bullet.
List:
- Assists the Event department with external clients, public programs and internal events coordinating logistics, set-up arrangements, and special requirements (i.e. catering, audio visual, general operations, décor and entertainment).
- Serves as a liaison for external vendors and internal staff including catering staff, docents, GPS, volunteers, gift shop, entertainment, etc.
- Maintains safety and security of guests and the facility.
- Uses and encourages high levels of customer service.
- Reports on events’ success via an event report that is distributed.
- Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of event coordination and/or customer service; they are resourceful, have excellent communication skills, organized, a good problem solver
