Event and Show Demonstrator

Responsibilities

• Represent Blue Mountain Bathrooms at home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events
• Engage with event attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate potential customers about our bath remodeling products and services
• Generate high-quality leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Create excitement and attract visitors to the booth
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area
• Accurately collect customer information and appointment details
• Collaborate with the Event Coordinator and sales team to achieve goals
• Uphold the company's reputation and brand standards at all times

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers
• Customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or promotional experience preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Reliable transportation to travel to local events and shows
• Weekend availability required

Pay

• $15.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Uncapped Commission
• Performance Bonuses
