About the role

Join our dynamic team at Community Concierge Services as a part-time evening Trash Collector (Porter). This onsite position offers a unique opportunity for those with a pickup truck to earn extra income while contributing to a cleaner community. You'll play a vital role in our valet trash and doorstep trash services, ensuring client satisfaction and gaining a sense of accomplishment.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities.
• Navigate stairs to access resident doors.
• Load collected trash into your pickup truck.
• Transport trash to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

Requirements

• Access to a reliable open-bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone with a data plan for communication and navigation.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs at a time without assistance.
• Evening availability from 6 PM until completion on Sundays and 7 PM until completion Monday through Thursday.

Pay

$1,000 monthly ($500 every other week).

Schedule

• Part-time, evenings only.
• Shifts average 1.75 hours daily.
• Set schedule each week: Sunday (6 PM until completion) and Monday through Thursday (7 PM until completion).
