About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and leading software development projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding standards and practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding guidelines and best practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development and management.
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile development processes.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with software development frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, Python).

Pay
