About the role

Transform Lives as a Resident Assistant at Diamond Willow, a leader in Assisted Living and Memory Care since 2004. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a sense of dignity, comfort, and joy for our residents.

Primary Responsibilities

• Toileting and Bathing
• Dressing and Grooming
• Feeding Assistance
• Management of Dementia-related Behaviors
• Transfer and Mobility Assistance (including use of mechanical lifts)
• Medication Administration and Treatments
• End-of-Life Care
• Other Responsibilities Include Meal Preparation
• Activities Daily Housekeeping and Laundry

What You Bring

• MUST PASS a DHS background check.
• StudyBeing able to complete these tasks while providing a supportive and dignified environment in which our aging population can thrive.
• Applicants over the age of 18 are not required to be CNAs. However, individuals under the age of 18 must hold a CNA certification to be eligible.

Schedule & Compensation

• Shifts: Flexible shifts, including 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, with rotating weekends.
• Wages: Up to $19.50/hour based on experience, includes shift differential
• Referral Bonus: Up to $400 bonus ( $100 bonus when you reach 160, 320, 480, 640 hours worked)
