Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

As an Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the nurse manager and/or physician
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry standards and best practices
• Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN/LVN certification or degree preferred
