Evening Maintenance & Janitorial

About the role

Community Living and Support Services (CLASS) of Pittsburgh, PA is looking to hire a full-time Evening Maintenance individual.

The position requires a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation to travel between our two facilities in Edgewood and Oakland. The scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and candidates must be able to consistently work this shift.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum individual offices, group spaces, and hallways
• Mop floors
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean offices and classrooms
• Empty trash in individual and group spaces
• Clean windows and glass throughout building
• Sweep sidewalks and clean lot
• Snow removal and salting of sidewalks and building entrances
• Set up rooms for AM classes
• Complete all building closing procedures (lock all doors, set HA turn off lights, set security system....)
• Auxiliary tasks as needed
