Evening Home Health Aide Opportunity – 4 PM–11 PM

This position is Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4 pm to 11 pm.

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients. You’ll provide one-on-one patient care in the comfort and dignity of their home.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the plan of care.
• Obtain vital signs and other measurements as directed and document findings.
• Aid with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.

Requirements

• One (1) year of verifiable health aide/healthcare experience.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, required.
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
