Job Description
Floor / Carpet Technician
- Schedule - Full Time, Rotating Every Other Weekend, 3pm-11:30pm
Responsibilities
Performs daily cleaning of hard surface floors and carpeted floors in corridors and in other assigned areas following an established schedule and using prescribed methods as outlined on work schedule
- Removes trash, recycling and other items from areas and transport it to the correct location
- Aids in the cleaning of emergency spills that are observed or requested
- Follows safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
- Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
