Evening Floating Trash Collector
Company pickup truck provided – no wear and tear on your personal vehicle. W2 employee position (not 1099 contractor). Direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month. 20–35 hours per week average, up to 5 shifts available. Advancement opportunities – top performers earn additional shifts and promotions.
Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Sundays start at 6:00 PM)
- Friday & Saturday: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shift length: 5–7 hours per night
About the role
Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps, transport waste to the onsite compactor or dumpster, keep compactor and trash chute areas broom-swept and clean, replace dog station bags and common area waste bags, and provide friendly, professional service to residents.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of clean driving history
- Smartphone with active data plan for route management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Active bank account for direct deposit
- Must be 18+
