EVENING - CNA/Caregiver

About the role

BrightStar Care is looking for dependable and compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our team. We are looking for an aid that would like to assist a nurse in client care, and assist the family with household tasks in Park City.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurse with care for a client with traumatic brain injury.
• Follow the client's plan of care.
• Provide light housekeeping and other appropriate household support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR
• Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to work with little direct supervision
• Compassion and empathy for the needs of clients
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Professional, courteous, and respectful attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
