• Current: Monday & Thursday
• Transitioning to: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (start date to be determined)
• Shift Options: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

About the role

Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team in the Indianapolis area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments, and values consistency and reliability. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility by performing routine commercial cleaning tasks. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive environment for employees and visitors while ensuring the facility is ready for the next business day.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

Requirements

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain locations
