Responsibilities
- Disinfect & Clean: Thoroughly scrub and sanitize restrooms, break areas, and high-contact points.
- Floor Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop throughout your assigned property.
- Trash Removal: Clear out waste bins, install fresh liners, and maintain tidy spaces.
- Supply Management: Replenish essentials like hand soap and paper products, alerting your supervisor to low inventory or maintenance issues.
- Safety Protocols: Maintain strict adherence to all company safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Commute: Reliable personal transportation to travel to the Bay City job site.
- Skills: Solid time management, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Physical Demands: Capacity to stand, walk, stretch, and lift comfortably across a 4-hour shift.
- Experience: A background in janitorial or custodial work is a plus, but completely optional.
