Evening Bartender

About the role

The Evening Bartender position at Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and supportive team environment. This role is part of a 2025 USA Today Top Workplace Winner and comes with a starting hourly wage range of $19.00-$20.00.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages.
• Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues.
• Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Maintain liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease.

Requirements

• Must be able to work to 2-4 shifts a week, specifically Friday through Monday from 5pm-10pm.
• A minimum of 1 year of bartending experience is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour, with potential for higher wages based on experience.

Schedule

Friday through Monday, 5pm-10pm, with the possibility of working up to 4 shifts per week.
