Evening Babysitter for Young Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for our 4-year-old and 7-year-old daughters in Birmingham, AL. The position begins on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 10:45 PM and will tentatively end on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 3:00 AM. Kindly note that flexibility with the end time is appreciated, as we will be attending a rehearsal dinner and the ending time is uncertain.

Responsibilities

• Feeding the children
• Ensuring they are comfortable and settled for bedtime
• Caring for our 1-year-old yellow lab, who will need to be let outside to potty
• Ensuring the children are safely in bed by the designated time

Requirements

• Attentive and reliable
• Comfortable around pets

Qualifications

• No driving or bathing involved
