Evening Babysitter for Two Boys

About the role

We are seeking a warm and playful babysitter to care for our two boys in Seattle, WA from Sunday, August 23 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The primary need is for August 23 from 5:00-9:30 PM, with the possibility of ongoing care for occasional afternoons and evenings as needed.

Our oldest son is starting kindergarten and our 2.5-year-old is in full-time daycare, so most weekday afternoons would primarily involve watching our kindergartner. Both boys enjoy puzzles, building, science experiments, and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle dinner and bedtime routines during your time with the children.
• Engage the children in activities they enjoy, such as puzzles, building, science experiments, and outdoor play.

Requirements

• CPR/First Aid certified.
• Responsible, communicative, and experienced with young children.
• References are a plus.

Schedule

Primary shift: Sunday, August 23, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Potential for additional occasional afternoons and evenings through September 30, 2026.
