Evening Babysitter for Twin Boys

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable evening babysitter for our 7-year-old twin boys in Birmingham, AL. The role involves supporting afternoon pickups during the week, transporting the children to their afternoon activities, and occasional overnight coverage. Comfort with animals is necessary, as we have three dogs, one cat, and a bunny.

We are instilling strong values in our children through scripture memory and devotions and hope to find a sitter who can contribute positively to their upbringing.

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM
• Upcoming need: Thu, Aug 27, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Afternoon pickups and transportation to activities
• Occasional overnight coverage
• Positive engagement with the children, aligning with family values

Requirements

• Punctuality and strong communication skills (especially given the family’s military background)
• Comfort with pets (dogs, cat, and bunny)
• No feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties required
