Evening Babysitter for Toddler and School-Age Children

About the role

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive nanny to care for our three children: a 2-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old girl. The position is for a single overnight shift starting Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:30 PM and ending Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00 AM, in Chicago, IL.

This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for additional hours and the possibility of a full-time position or nanny share with another family. We are looking for someone who can become an integral part of our family's routine and foster a happy, calm, and organized home.

Responsibilities

• Care for our 2-year-old toddler during the day while the older children are at school
• Assist with after-school pickups for the 5- and 7-year-old children
• Help with homework, prepare snacks, and cook dinner
• Engage the children in fun and educational activities
• Keep children's spaces tidy, manage their laundry, and clean up after meals and activities

Requirements

• Experience with toddlers and school-age children
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable driving children to school and activities
• Clean driving record
• Kindness, energy, patience, and a fun-loving attitude
