Evening Babysitter for School-Aged Children

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for Sunday evenings or every other Sunday in Omaha, NE. The job involves supervising two boys, aged 7 and 10, who will be watching a movie in the living room. After the movie, you may watch sports or another low-key activity to help guide them to sleep.

A sandwich will be provided for you (e.g., an open-faced pork belly melt with pickled red onions and crispy onions). The household includes 5 cats and 2 axolotls, but no direct pet care is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the children go to bed after the movie (the 7-year-old may stay up until their dad gets home)
• Bedtime supervision only—no driving, feeding, or bathing required

Schedule

• Shift: 1:00 AM to 4:30 AM
• Start date: Monday, August 10, 2026
• Frequency: Sunday evenings or every other Sunday
