Evening Babysitter for School-Age Child

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and fun-loving babysitter to care for our 9-year-old son in Minneapolis, MN. The position involves supervising him while he completes pre-assigned school work and engaging him in outdoor activities and group outings with other families. Occasionally, you will be responsible for driving him to and from sports or choir events. The household also includes friendly guinea pigs that you should be comfortable being around. This position doesn't require feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties as our son will not need to be in bed during your time with him.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 9-year-old son while he completes pre-assigned school work
• Engage him in outdoor activities and group outings with other families
• Drive him to and from sports or choir events as needed
• Organize fun and educational activities

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with school-age children
• Comfortable organizing fun and educational activities
• Comfortable around guinea pigs
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport child to events
