About the role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced babysitter to care for three children ages 11, 13, and 13 in Fredericksburg, VA. This opportunity is part of Wellthy's partnership with Wyndy, connecting skilled sitters with families needing childcare support. The role is strictly childcare-focused with no additional responsibilities such as transportation, housekeeping, or pet care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional care for three children (ages 11, 13, and 13)
• Engage children in appropriate activities during scheduled hours
• Ensure children's safety and well-being throughout the shift

Requirements

• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Experience caring for school-age children
• Ability to engage and supervise children ages 11–13
