Evening Babysitter for Multi-Age Group

About the role

We are a friendly family in Washington, DC, seeking a warm, reliable, and engaging babysitter for an occasional evening out. Your primary focus will be caring for our four children, ages 10, 7, 4, and 19 months. The older children are largely self-sufficient and require minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage in playtime with our 4-year-old and 19-month-old
• Prepare snacks for the children
• Assist with bath time
• Settle the younger children for the evening

Requirements

• Patience and a playful demeanor
• Genuine affection for young children, particularly toddlers
• Strong reliability and communication skills

Schedule

Friday, August 28, 2026, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. While this is a one-time job, we hope to find someone who may become our preferred babysitter for future date nights.

Note: No pets are present in our home, and there will be no requirement to manage pet care.
