Evening Babysitter for 9-Year-Old

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter for our 9‑year‑old son in Minneapolis, MN. This is a one‑time evening position on October 26, 2026, from 6:45 PM to 10:45 PM. The role involves overseeing pre‑assigned school work, engaging in outdoor fun, and participating in occasional group get‑togethers with other families. You will also need to drive our son to and from sports or choir activities. Our home has friendly guinea pigs; there are no feeding, bathing, or bedtime duties required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with pre‑assigned school work
• Plan and lead outdoor play and educational activities
• Participate in occasional group gatherings with other families
• Transport the child to and from sports or choir activities

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Experience and enjoyment working with children
• Ability to plan fun, age‑appropriate, and educational activities
