About the role
We are seeking a responsible and caring babysitter for our 8-year-old son in Tacoma, WA, on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 2:15 AM to 9:15 AM.
Our son is on the autism spectrum and highly receptive. He is a joy to babysit and has received positive feedback from previous caretakers.
Responsibilities
- Guide our son through his bedtime routine, which will be fully outlined with clear directions and visuals.
- Provide gentle guidance as he gets ready for bed.
No additional tasks such as feeding or bathing are required. All activities will wind down by the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Experience or comfort working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to follow provided directions and visuals for bedtime routines.
- Patience, kindness, and a nurturing demeanor.
There are no pets in the household.
