About the role

Vista Prairie at Goldfinch Estates is seeking an Aspire Care Coordinator to join their compassionate team. The position involves leading, developing, and training care staff, as well as assisting with care staff schedules and monitoring service delivery to residents under the guidance of the Community Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and manage care through Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
  • Engage residents in living their life with purpose using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness, including social, physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual.
  • Demonstrate stewardship and leadership by setting a positive example, fostering a supportive work environment, and boosting team morale.
  • Dedicated to exceeding expectations to ensure seamless care for residents.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism while effectively following guidance of CCM and utilizing resources to meet the needs of residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Training in health-related disciplines and/or relevant experience required.
  • Strong Leadership and Coaching skills and experience required.
  • Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technology proficient.

Qualifications

  • Wage range is $23.00 - $27.00/hour based on
  • $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Pay

The wage range is $23.00 - $27.00/hour based on

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Schedule

Full-Time Evening shift, 2PM - 10PM, Also working weekends, and the call rotation.
